Rosella (Habiscus sabdariffa) species of habiscus annual or perinial herb or woody-based subherb. Its fruit and leaves are eadible, sour in taste. Main combination is with dried fish, prawns and pork. Commonly known as Mesta Tenga among assamese in Assam.
